Abstract

The statistics of the Riemann zeta function in the critical strip are closely connected with the Lindelof Hypothesis. In this talk I will show that if LH fails then the completeness of Hilbert space implies that the moments exist on the boundary of the set where its moments exist. Since LH implies this is false, the result provides a new interpretation of the Lindelof Hypothesis.
